Hmm.

Cool mint8

These didn’t come out as nice as I wanted, I admit. They remind me a bit more of spearmint gum than actual mint or ice. They might be a nice accent for someone, though.

I think these might have come out better if the side chevrons were paler. Thoughts?

  1. Maybe if the green was a touch more pronounced? Most mints I’ve encountered in plant format are pretty green, never got to throw them into ice cream to see the colors there. By the way, homemade strawberry ice cream needs no due to get that way, and if you cook anything with pistachio it’s coming out green even without aids.
